The hotel's location was just what we were looking for - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and had a great atmosphere.

The rooms could use some updating and a thorough cleaning. The kitchen utensils were very basic and we had to request additional towels for the pool.

Great value, I would love to go back. Location of hotel was close to the beach...

some of popular places such as jomtien beach were very close to this venue. the free wifi was a cherry on top. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like thai aroi dee that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Nothing to fault.

The private pool was amazing! It was clean and provided a refreshing and relaxing experience. The villa itself was spacious and modern, making it a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel facilities were great, with parking available and transportation easily accessible. The location was convenient, with close proximity to the main road, the beach, Rom Pho market, and the vibrant night life.

Privacy, tiding the room up , the view in the villa was very nice , the size of the pool is reasonable ,feeling at home , near shopping markets and laundry, near the beach and restaurants ,great security , very good landscape , well equipped

Very bad welcoming staff at breakfast, no verity in breakfast not suitable for all appetites ,cleaning was average , you have to ask for cleaning the pool my kids got eye infection

The location of the hotel is great, being close to everything that matters. It is situated a little away from the commercial area, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. it is not far from the night life, allowing guests to easily enjoy the vibrant entertainment options. it is conveniently close to the beach, perfect for those seeking sun and sand.

There are a few slipping standards that could be improved, such as peeling paint and non-functional lights in the garden.

Like swimming pool in the house, room is spacious and clean but TV is not clear and breakfast is not variety.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, a little away from the commercial area but close to Rom Pho market and not far from the nightlife, is perfect. Additionally, the hotel is close enough to the beach, which is a major advantage. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms meet all our needs. We particularly enjoyed the king size bed on the 12th floor and appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price.

Pool Villa at a cheap price. Best for family that have children. But only 3 Stars rate.

Furniture need renovation. It's look cheap and not comfort.

During our Christmas holiday, my partner and I enjoyed the privacy of our own villa with a private pool and a small garden. the fresh fruit market was conveniently located just steps away, allowing us to experiment with different local foods in our own kitchen. the location was ideal as we were close to restaurants and key amenities. what we particularly enjoyed was the peace and quiet that the private pool and garden offered us.

the breakfast was fairly basic and lacked variety.

Nine minute walk to the beach. Private pool. Ten minutes drive to the city center. Easy to reach to the shops. Quiet area.

English is poor @reception. If you stay at lunch time at the Villa, delivery of the food was from outside, and expensive. Not many choices.

Internet not working in spite of included prices, very bad as I need this for working.TV Lousy not working most of the time. Dirty Pool water. As I had to change due to Internet failure, they refused to cancel 2 last days and blamed Hotel Booking for this.
